The cozy Nantucket Retreat in the Main House was renovated in 2006. Windows overlook a lovely terrace with a reflection pond and gardens. With a Queen-size bed, this is the spot to relax and enjoy the country. The room includes private bath with shower, television and wireless internet access.

Our Petite Suite is an inviting place with country decor and sweet sitting room for your relaxation. In the Main House, the room includes a Queen-size Cannonball bed, private bath with shower, television and wireless internet access. With newly refinished wide-plank wood floors the lovely Victorian Room in the Main House is spacious and comfortable. Chanticleer Suite #3

Located in the Main House, the Chanticleer Suite draws inspiration from the former Shaker colony just a short distance from the inn. The two-room suite has a cozy sitting area with television adjoining a lovely bedroom with a queen-size, four-post bed and wood burning fireplace. This suite can accommodate up to four people with a sleeper sofa in the sitting area. A guest favorite includes views of the beautifully manicured grounds, a private bath with tub/shower and wireless internet access.

The Carriage House is an elegantly decorated two-story apartment that has spectacular views of the Berkshire Hills. The Queen-sized bedroom and bathroom with tub, sitting room with television and sleeper sofa are on the second floor. The first floor kitchen is fully equipped. The picture window in the kitchen offers beautiful views of the horses grazing in the paddocks. This apartment also comes with wireless internet access.

"The Cottage" is a completely outfitted apartment with an amazing view of the corridor of maple trees leading to our Shaker Barn. The sleeper sofa and fireplace in the living room give this a warm, cozy feel. It features a Queen-sized bed, a bathroom with tub, a fully equipped kitchen and a private deck. It is these features that make this cottage truly exclusive.

Kenilworth Cottage #10
Can be reserved on a nightly, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis

Our Kenilworth Cottage can be rented with the adjoining Kenilworth Suite for large parties and families. No details have been spared in furnishing this three room cottage. It has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a Queen-size sleeper sofa and gas burning stove in the living room. The bedroom has King-size bed and gas burning stove. The bathroom has whirlpool bath. A private deck affords magnificent views of the Berkshire Hills. The Cottage also includes a television, air conditioning.

POLICIES

The fee for additional guests in a room is $25 per person, per night.

Rates are subject to a 9.7% Room Tax.

Weekly rental of the Cottages includes housekeeping once midweek.

Minimum stays apply to Summer and Holiday visits.

Deposits: One night reservations and weekly Cottage reservations will be paid in full in advance. Reservations of two or more nights require a 50% deposit. Deposits will be credited to the last nights of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 15 days’ advance notice (30 days for peak periods) of cancellation for refund of deposit. If less than 15/30 days’ notice is provided, your deposit will be refunded only to the extent your room is re-rented. All refunds are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the entire reservation. Delayed arrivals and premature departures require full payment for all the reserved nights.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

The Inn at Richmond is a non-smoking Inn.

Although the inn is not appropriate for children under 10, cottages welcome children of all ages.

One of our cottages is pet friendly. Additional cost quoted at time of booking.
