Guest Rooms at The Inn at Richmond, a Berkshires Bed and Breakfast

Each luxurious and elegant guest room, suite and cottage has a private bath, queen or king-size bed, air conditioning, cable TV and telephone. All of the rooms have a unique blend of reproduction furniture and accessories, featuring many family heirlooms and collections. New firm-but-plush mattresses ensure a restful, re-energizing night's sleep. 	Nantucket Retreat #2 The cozy Nantucket Retreat in the Main House was renovated in 2006. Windows overlook a lovely terrace with a reflection pond and gardens. With a Queen-size bed, this is the spot to relax and enjoy the country. The room includes private bath with shower, television and wireless internet access. Rate

	Chanticleer Suite #3 Located in the Main House, the Chanticleer Suite was renovated in 2008. Decorated in tranquil shades, it's a perfect retreat. The two-room suite has a cozy sitting area with television adjoining a lovely bedroom with a queen-size, four-post bed and wood burning fireplace. A guest favorite, the suite includes views of the beautifully manicured grounds, a private bath with tub/shower and wireless internet access. Rate

	Petite Suite #4 Our Petite Suite is an inviting place with country decor and sweet sitting room for your relaxation. In the Main House, the room includes a Queen-size Cannonball bed, private bath with shower, television and wireless internet access. 	Victorian Room #5 With newly refinished wide-plank wood floors the lovely Victorian Room in the Main House is spacious and comfortable. This pleasant room has cushy chairs for chatting or unwinding after a busy day in the Berkshires. Federal Suite #6 Newly renovated, the Federal Suite is the most luxurious and spacious suite in the Main House. Enjoy the alley of maple trees leading to our Shaker Barn, home of Berkshire Equestrian Center from the sitting room window. Soak away your cares in the vintage claw foot bathtub in the large private bath. With a wood-burning fireplace and king-size bed, this is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway! Rate


Carriage House #7 Can be reserved on a nightly, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis The Carriage House is an elegantly decorated two-story apartment that has spectacular views of the Berkshire Hills. The Queen-sized bedroom and bathroom with tub, sitting room with television and sleeper sofa are on the second floor. The first floor kitchen is fully equipped. The picture window in the kitchen offers beautiful views of the horses grazing in the paddocks. This apartment also comes with wireless internet access. Rate


The Cottage #8 Can be reserved on a nightly, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis "The Cottage" is a completely outfitted apartment with a sweet porch with rocking chairs. The sleeper sofa and fireplace in the living room give this a warm, cozy feel. It features a Queen-sized bed, a bathroom with tub and a fully equipped kitchen. This cottage is pet-friendly. Rate

	Kenilworth Suite #9 The Kenilworth Suite is luxurious and perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway with a King-sized bed, sleep sofa and ultra spacious bathroom with a whirlpool bath. Sit in front of the Old New England gas-burning stove or on the private patio with magnificent view of the Berkshire Hills. This suite will provide you with a memorable experience in the Berkshires. Kenilworth Cottage #10 Can be reserved on a nightly, weekly, monthly or seasonal basis Our Kenilworth Cottage can be rented with the adjoining Kenilworth Suite for large parties and families. It has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a Queen-size sleeper sofa and gas burning stove in the living room. The bedroom has King-size bed and gas burning stove. The bathroom has whirlpool bath. A private patio affords magnificent views of the Berkshire Hills. The Cottage also includes a cable television and air conditioning. Rate

POLICIES

The fee for additional adults in a room is $25 per person, per night. Although the Inn is not appropriate for children under 10, cottages welcome children of all ages. There is no additional charge for kids under 12.

Rates are subject to a 9.7% occupancy tax.

Minimum stays apply to Summer and Holiday visits.

Weekly rental of the Cottages includes housekeeping once midweek.

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required for all reservations and will be charged to your credit card upon receipt of the reservation. A confirmation of your reservation will be emailed to you within 24-hours.

Cancellations: We require a 30-day cancellation from May through October and for reservations of 3 or more rooms. From November through April, 15 days are required for cancellation. Your deposit will be refunded less a 10% service charge for cancellations received in the 15/30 day time period. Cancellations made within the 15/30 day period will be charged the full amount unless we are able to rebook the room. If the room is rebooked, we will refund the rebooked portion less a 10% service charge.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
